Im so ready to try this thing i would rather a regular pfluger president than a 600 dollar stella, from all im reading in the mag's about this arbor i cant wait im jusat wondering if anyonle to get there hands on it everywhere i look its out of stock and i would just buy the reel but they say with the combo the pole is more advanced for casting it they rate it 9 feet farther than anything else etc.... ANYONE  get a chance?

I ujse to be on the Pro staff and have tried all of their reels. The prsident has a soft housing that will twist under presure but the Medalist is definitely worth the money. Also check out the Quantum Energy PT's. Im on their Pro Staff now and love these reels. over 300 charters on the set I have now and they are flawless. Main difference is Pfluegs have a teflon drag ssystem and the Energys have a ceramic drag system which equals smoother over time. The energys also have a titanium flexible bail and magnetis bail system instead of bail springs. If your dead set on Pflueger, try the medalist out, you wont be dissapointed.
